FLOWING SCREED FOR COMMERCIAL BUILDING PROJECTS
Using flowing screed rather than traditional screed on commercial building projects can mean significant cost saving. The ease with which we can lay the floor also saves precious time – we can lay flow screed in up to six houses a day on a new build development.
One of the other main advantages is our reach. We can pump into basements, but we can also pump vertically up to seven floors. It just takes one lorry and a long hose! This is a huge labour saving feature of flow screed which makes it perfect for a wide range of commercial applications.
As with all our jobs, each commercial project will have a dedicated Team Manager who will look after your project from start to finish. We can come and visit you on-site to discuss your project so you can ask us any questions before we begin work.
We offer a complete flooring and floor screed service in the UK; we can complete any element from insulation and laying of the membrane through to complete underfloor heating systems, before we pump the top flowing screed layer. Accessing all of these services through a single contractor can save you time, money and paperwork.
